Sony Japan’s 3DTV dates and pricing
Well the 3DTV from Sony has made it to Japan and with good measure, it comes before Panasonic and Samsung put in their devices. The awesome edge-lit LED LX900 comes in with the IR emitter that inbuilt, and two pairs of RealD active shutter glasses. These glasses are also available separately. There’s some cool face tracking done here too that lets you know if you’re seated too close. If you step away from the room the TV dims out and goes off.
These are available in 60”, 51”, 46” and 40” versions that have prices ranging from $6,444 to $3,222. If you’re waiting for the HX900 and HX800 LED blacklit ones then wait till June or July, then book a ticket to Japan.
